Hair Extension Rental Policy

Reservation & Pricing

• Hair extension rental fee is $80 per day.

• Due to limited availability, reservations should be made at least 1 week in advance.

• A $300 refundable deposit is required to use the extensions.

Condition & Documentation

• Photos of the extensions, wefts, and clips will be taken before rental to document their condition

Sanitation

• All extensions are professionally cleaned, disinfected, shampooed, and conditioned between clients​

Extension Details

• Clip-in extensions are available in natural colors only

• Extensions cannot be cut, colored, or altered

• Lengths range from 20–24 inches

• Extensions are primarily used to add fullness and volume

Returns​

• Extensions must be picked up and returned in person at Toni Salon.

• Extensions must be returned the day after the event.

• A $50 per day late fee applies for late returns.

• If the extensions are not returned within 5 days from the rental date, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Loss & Damage

• We are not responsible for extensions that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in the client’s possession.

• Lost or damaged extensions may result in partial or full loss of the deposit.

• Upon return, all extensions are inspected; if returned in good condition, the remaining deposit will be refunded.
