Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

By renting hair extensions from Toni Salon - Hair Extensions Brooklyn, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. All rentals are for clip-in and ponytail hair extensions only.

2. Rental Period

Hair extensions are rented for the agreed rental period selected at the time of booking. Extensions must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time.

3. Deposit

A refundable deposit may be required at the time of rental. Deposits will be returned after the extensions are inspected and confirmed to be in original condition.

4. Care & Use

Clients are responsible for proper care of the extensions during the rental period.
The following are not allowed:

• Coloring, bleaching, or altering the extensions

• Cutting or trimming

• Using excessive heat or styling products

• Swimming or exposing extensions to saltwater or chlorine

5. Damage or Loss

Clients are fully responsible for any damage, excessive shedding, tangling, or loss of the extensions.
If extensions are returned damaged or unusable, the deposit may be partially or fully withheld, and additional charges may apply.

6. Hygiene & Returns

For hygiene reasons, extensions must be returned clean, dry, and untangled. Extensions returned in poor condition may incur a cleaning or replacement fee.

7. Late Returns

Late returns may result in additional daily rental fees.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

9. Liability

Toni Salon Hair Extensions is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper use, or damage caused after the extensions leave the salon.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and renting hair extensions from Toni Salon -Hair Extensions Brooklyn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
